My biggest fear is PAIN. Drs. Choi and Sun do not hurt you! As long as I don't experience Pain I will be fine. Dr. Choi suggests differenct scenarios you can follow for your consideration and you can talk with the very knowledgable assistants. For example, while I was talking with Elizabeth, while waiting for the pain medication to take effect, Isabel another Dental Assistant who had previously worked with me earlier in the process, suggested an additional option that would really work for me. The customer service was excellent! The staff was all so friendly and communicated well with the customers. You can tell they are very knowledgeable. I've been to other dentist offices, and they don't tell me as much detail as to what's going on and what I need to do.
The woman who I was with this morning (sorry, I forget her name) is the best person I've had since I've been coming to Dr. Choi's office. Thank you.
My hygienist, Socorro, was excellent -- very gentle, thorough, and communicative. The same for Dr. Alexandra Choi.
Had a fabulous visit. Socorro always remembers me even when I haven't seen her for over a year. I'm always a little nervous about teeth cleanings but she always puts me at ease and is always gentle. Love this practice!

Everyone is so nice. Dr. Choi is always precise and is constantly informing me during any procedure. Heather his assistant is wonderful. She is mindful of always checking to see how I am doing.
Thursday night after dinner I noticed a hole in a tooth. Thought a filling had come out, or tooth had broken. Friday morning appointment revealed a 16 year old inlay had cracked and a piece fallen out. Dr K. Choi put it in (I think) and Dr. A. Choi is doing the restoration. I get both next generation materials and a next generation dentist. Wow.
Even my sons doesn't mind going to the dentist. Does your kids complain when it's about time to see the tooth doctor? Dr. Choi's office will solve that. Great staff and excellent results.
