Very courteous, great establishment. The procedures I've done so far has been pleasant.(wisdom tooth removal, tooth decay/crowns, teeth cleaning) Price might be on the high side, but well worth it.

I always receive the best service here. I am not fond of going to the dentist but understand its necessity. I walked in to see if there was an appointment available soon. I was given one for the same day. Although the procedure was extensive, the team was efficient.

Four fillings in about an hour? Looks great and no pain! Dr. Choi took the time and care to answer all my questions, which made me feel I had a part in my total dental treatment. Dr. Choi kept me informed on the progress each step of the way and thereby shortened what would seemingly be a lengthy and painful procedure. The dental team worked well together and at all times put patient concerns and comfort first, from treatment to finance planning. I've been a patient of Dr. Choi for several years and I did not see him for a couple of years due to the change on my insurance plan. Recently I return to see Dr. Choi again and I'm so glad to get a very good personalized service from Dr. Choi and his staff. Dr. Choi is very knowledgeable and very good of what he does and he really cares about his patient. I will highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable, caring and knowledgeable dentist.

The professional and added extra touch of caring by this excellent dental provider is an opinion that I would like made public. I happen to be a whuss when it comes to fulfilling my dental needs. Dr Alexandra Choi's empathetic approach to dentistry and her considerate follow-ups (a call at 1745 to inquire about the status of an earlier procedure - if I were in any pain or had questions)is what keeps me returning to SSF Dental Care.

I though my original dentist was great. Then my dentist retired and I and met Dr. Choi (well over 10 years ago). That set the quality bar on a different level. Dr. Choi excells not only in his technical field, but in "bedside manners" as well. Also, his entire staff, no matter whom you encounter, are always competent, courteous, and professional. BTW, the hygenist is one of my favorites, too.

Everyone is wonderful here - so glad i found this place! I've had not so good experiences in the past where the dentists and their staff just did not really care about what i thought and how i felt and that's why i just decided not to go anymore. But now, I have this awesome place where I don't hate coming in for my appointments :)
