I’m trying to reach out on Tuesday and Thursday, the days they claim to be available. No one answers and goes to voicemail, I even tried calling the Customer success manager number. The number someone posted under another bad review, no answer either. Why?
I have read questions on this site where decent people are trying to get answers on whether you have a low income program because your apartments fall into that category. I’ve checked back numerous times and I’ve never seen any person answer questions politely
