They asked me which pharmacy I'd like to pick up my refill of meds at, so I told them I wanted to continue to pick them up at CVS. Without even calling me I find out they sent it to their own pharmacy, which doesn't even take my insurance, which means I'd have to pay for the meds I'd previously been receiving for free. They tell me they'll call to transfer my prescription, but now not even CVS can get ahold of them .
