I have been a patient her for 10 years now and today was absolutely horrible we waited for over an hour in a half I have seen people come in after me and leave before me ugh

RecommendedDr. Luschwitz is amazing..hes over at the grapevine location..we've been seeing him years wont go anywhere else....
This place was truly awful. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time only to see a dr who didnt address my concerns at all. Then the same dr tried to "update" shots that I didnt need and tried to shame me into them after I declined. I called my insurance from the parking lot to change providers. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend.
When people make appointments, honor them, by you yourself being on time. I am sittin in the lobby at 11:05, after making a 1030 appointment.
Completed my medical externship there. Clean professional medical facility. Staff are so kind & safe environment with all updated technology.
