This is a terrible place to work. No work life-balance. No one wants to train you and Human Resources does not hold them accountable. The employees act like they do not want help and are not friendly to new hires. Toxic work place with extremely high turnover over. Rarely a 30 min lunch. They need a good clean out starting with the top supervisors. Jason is a poor leader and would recommend asking for a different team. They do not want new hires as it messes up their overtime hours. Whole place needs to be restructured.

I don't know about the company's owners and the business separate from the workers, however the workers (your coworkers, if you try to work there) gatekeep, because they pay you a FUNKY $23 dollars an hour. They feel as though you will feel like you're missing out on the money, so they use getting "qualified" (hired all the way in, which management lets them be in charge of *wink* *wink*) as a threat.
