I have worked for Visiting Angels for almost three years. I work very close with Iva and have seen nothing but excellent management skills. Our caregivers are amazing! the management at visiting angels is not a friendly work place. They are rude and very unprofessional. The way my Fiancé was fired and how they handled it was very unProfessional. They never trained her for her position and set her up for failure. She had to learn on the spot and make things work the best she could all the while never being trained for the assistant office manager.
