Today, one of my contacts fell out & I absolutely couldn't find it. I was so frustrated because I have awful eye sight and it really affects your daily routine. And of course, this was My last pair. My prescription needs to be renewed at the end of this month, so it made no sense in buying a pack of contacts for $44.00 just for the next few days. Thankfully, Visionworks offered me a FREE pair of contacts to get me by until I get my appointment at the end of the month to get my eyes rechecked and perscription renewed! �
I got bifocal glasses with the bifocal missing and was charged almost 300 more dollars with insurance. Then the woman said it was my fault for not requesting bifocals??? When I complained the woman asked me why I keep coming back if they are so bad. You know what? She’s right. It’s been 2 weeks since I attempted to complete this round of my yearly eye exam. I finally got a refund and I’m going somewhere reputable.
First the dr didn't believe me when I said I have diabetes even though I had my meds and note from Dr plus I shouldn't have to wait 3 days for my new glasses especially when they say same day service! Plus they lost my paper work so I had to redo it then when I found the frames I wanted they tell me I can't get them even though it was lower than the price range and to top it off they keep switching the time to pick up my glasses, first it was 10am then noon now 3pm!
