customer service was very rushed and did not tell me I had to have separate appt for contact lenses until I was informed to pick out glasses. I s p.o specifically told them I was there for contacts. when I requested the promotional special on the banners and signs displayed for buy one get one half off o was told that was for cash paying customers only. not for people with insurance. then I got my glasses and the bifocals were way too low on rim's and if no use to read with. I never went back nor my family

The doctor was fine. The staff is AWFUL!! Don’t listen to you. I called to check and see if my sons glasses were done because they had chips on both of his lenses. The lady asked me do I get text messages! Goes to show you how much of this world depends on technology! Then I said yes, but they said it shouldn’t take long. She gone say ok let me check. She told me they were ready and this was 3pm. I am here now and the glasses are still not ready!! Poor customer service! They SUCK! Would never recommend them to ANYONE!

We had an appointment at 3 we sat in the office for 3 hours before being seen the staff is very rude I wouldn’t recommend going here unless u plan on sitting in the office all day
Make sure you know everything about this place when you come in. Because of you don't they will treat you like your stupid. Because they assume you know that the front desk is not where you check in. And give you dirty looks and then talk behind your back.
They are very rude. Within the last week I have went in there 2 times to try and get glasses and they just stand there and ignore me the whole till I just got mad and left. They need to take some classes on customer service.
