This has literally been the most exhausting experience I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I went in for an exam and glasses. Waited an hour and a half, got the exam, but then got sent home because they were backed up and closing. Came in again to pick out frames. Waited an hour and a half and then picked out frames. RecommendedI arrived early to my appointment, and they got me in right away without any issue. My exam was prompt, and they listened to my concerns. I even found the greatest glasses! Jo was more than helpful as she went over all of my options. I felt like social distancing was fully practiced, and I felt safe. I had a great experience!

They ripped me off I broke off the earpieces and they would not fix them. They made me buy new Frames. I would never buy anything from them again because they are in the Business to rip off People
Rude ppl! Just went in to get my glasses fixed and omg “everything is by apt only”, so rude! I mean literally would have taken a sec! My friend who recommended I go to them was shocked! She stated she won’t recommend them again! Very rude, and aggressive.... stay away.

the customer service in that store is horriable, one employee Lisa is very rude and sows she doesnt care to elp people. They dont like to answer the phone either

I was the first person here today and It was horrible u got the man n here keep telling people pulled their mask up wtf you want it on my eyes.He can tell u dat but using the same wipe to clean off the machines.The Doctor checked my eyes told me to go and look for glasses someone will help me.Im looking waiting for help never got it the employees in there talking to one another not even asking do you need help and it took me to get ready to leave out the door before a young man finally says something.I wouldn’t recommend thi... read more
