Will never go there... could be the best doctors but if you have a rude person answering phones and making appointments you will run people off in a heart beat. My husband and son are patients there and was trying to make an appointment for myself and daughter... she had enough nerve to tell me she was to busy to get our insurance information off my husbands account... your to busy to pull up a computer screen then you’re to busy to see us.. so 4 patients you just lost.

I have shown up without an appointment twice to this Visionworks with very pressing issues. Once with a red, swollen eye and another time with broken frames. Both times Heidi was quick to intervene. I was able to be seen that day by the doctor for my eye, and my frames were fixed that day! Barbara was also so helpful! Amazing staff. Always so courteous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. Waited 6 weeks for appointment and then staff doesn’t even know they are in network. Says exam isn’t covered. Leave and call insurance and sure enough they are in network. Then they don’t answer phone as both insurance agent and I tried to call. Find someone better.

Fast n friendly service on the dat before thanksgiving. We Tobin with broken frames and left within 30 min with new frames

I don’t know what is going on with their phone system but it is ridiculous to be on hold for over an hour and then be redirected to customer service which isn’t even the number I called! This has been happening for months!

I made a purchase here on Tuesday 10 November. On Friday 20 November I was contacted that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store on Saturday 21 November the door was locked & a handwritten note saying, "Closed due to unforseen circumstances" was taped to the door. I am now unable to contact anyone, either at the store or the toll free customer care number. The store is still locked this afternoon (23 November) but a "closed for Thanksgiving" sign has been added to the door. Just need to know if I'll ever ... read more
