Patiently waited for 25 minutes to be seen for an adjustment for glasses. An employee took my temperature when I came in. Another employee told me I couldn’t entered the store. I was wearing a mask and told her I had already had my temperature taken and I was checked in. After waiting, she helped another customer right as he walked in. Left without being helped.

Went here this morning because my daughter broke her glasses last night. From the moment we walked in they were AWSOME. From the receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name). To the doctor for the eye exam and to Ian who helped us with the glasses. Ian called another store to see if they had her frame from the glasses that broke to fit in the lenes so she has something for school. Also the place in Gateway who had the frame and placed the lenses in it were very very nice. Rosedale is soooo much nicer than the one in Garden Cit... read more

I literally can't connect to a live person via any store phone number or the 1800 number. I used option "6" to obtain parameters for an online order, and was just left on hold for more than an hour & have tried multiple times.

Worse experience ever. I made an appointment on Saturday online because they never answer their phone. It let me schedule 3 appointments for my kids for today Thursday. I got an email and a text to confirm my appointments. Then the day before I get a call from them that they had to cancel my first appointment because the computer allowed me to schedule one when there was one already in there. Ok so I was fine with that but nothing was said about my other appointments. Then Thursday (today) comes and we get to the appointment... read more

This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have worked both retail and call center jobs and the lack of assistance is ASTOUNDING. I made a request for my prescription online over 3 months ago and no one ever assisted me. I then tried to call the store, only to get stuck on hold for 15 minutes before being rolled into the end of day message to call back in business hours. Today, I have been on hold for over 35 minutes since the store opened, AND I have submitted 3 online live chat requests f... read more
