I have been trying to reach the location and have called multiple times a day several days a week. No one ever picks up my call and would stay on hold for 15-30 minutes just waiting. Can someone please direct me to another number? I was here before the covid closures and never received my lens prescription and have not been able to get ahold of anyone ever since.
I was scheduled for an appointment at 5:30pm. I did the appointment and the Doctor told me to go and pick out glasses. The front desk makes me pay $10 for the appointment, and then tells me they close at 6:00pm, (it was 5:50 and no one had a customer still) and she handed me my prescription and told me I’d have to come back to pick glasses! I asked her what time they opened the next day, she said 9am. Well, here I am at 9am the next day, and they don’t open until 11. So I’ve missed work for nothing. Today I stopped by your location on highway 6 just to pick up, and the guy there told me I had to wait . It was only going to take but a second to pick up my glasses but he said he was the icky one there . Very bad service . Last time I do business with y’all

Worst store for eye care...they are never on time...when u call them they never pick up...I took my son for a contact class and was told can u come back in an hour we are understaffed and no one can help him...I said thats fine I will teach him...then they couldnt find our trial contacts...when they finally found them and set us up...after an hour the lady who was going to teach my son strolls in with an attitude...no apologies nothing...I will never go back to this location once his contracts come in...trying to change our ... read more
