Words can not begin to express the disorganization of this place. I walked in with my family and straight to the counter for a previously scheduled appointment. Not only did we have to wait 15 minutes at the counter to have someone just to give me paperwork but after the completing the paperwork it was another 5 minutes before someone came back up to the desk to get it. At this point it is 15 minutes past mine and the kids scheduled appointment time. I sit down with my two children for our appointment and wait. I saw a woman... read more

Been sitting here for over an hour for a scheduled appointment because the doctor “stepped out”. They had to call him on his cell phone to see if he was coming back. He left after we checked in so not like he didn’t know he had an appointment and when he walked in not an I’m sorry or anything. If it wasn’t so late in the day I’d be going elsewhere.
They provide excellent service. My glasses were a little expensive up front, but over the years, I’ve broken them twice (due to my own negligence, not faulty product) and I’ve yet to have to pay for any repairs. They happily do the repair and send me on my way. I tend to agree with the adage that “you get what you pay for”. It’s certainly true at this place of business. I recommend them highly.
We made an appt then get here and stand in front of an incompetent receptionist while she takes 3 people in front of us then when I address her she verbally berates me that I need to be patient that she is very busy! We then are told it will be an hour or so before we are seen.
