RecommendedShout out to the team at Visionworks Hamilton Place!!! Yesterday I had floaters in my left eye and flashes of light in my peripheral. I called them about it and the doctor said come in asap so he can examine it because it could either be nothing or possible retinal detachment! It was 10 minutes before closing when he told me to come! He didn't tell me to go to the ER which would have been easier for them to go home but instead even told me that mall security would be expecting me! I was just seen there yesterday! Had an appointment at 6, after getting through with my eye exam it was around 7:10, and yes they close at 7 so after I came out of my eye exam I was told by the optometrist to look at glasses BUT the ladies and the one guy up front wanted us to leave because they were closed. Shocked my husband and I that we was so rudely rushed out so I asked for my prescription and I’ll take it elsewhere. This is the most unorganized office I have ever experienced , ordered contacts 4 months ago still can’t get an answer on why I don’t have my contacts yet ! We have paid a lot of $$ at this office! And don’t try to call them no one will answer !!! I will not ever recommend vision works to anyone and next time I will be going else where !!!

Wonderful customer service and very informative employees. Greg did an amazing job of explaining all I needed to know. Also the optometrist was very thorough and so was his assistant who performed the machine assessments. There were so many frames to choose from. I was given a tray to lay my sampled frames in so they could be sterilized before they were placed back on wall after I finally chose my favorite. On 11/30 my husband had an appointment at 10 am. One hour and 40 minutes later he still had not been seen before walking out. He was also told the appointments were over booked that day. That’s totally unacceptable. And he’s a long time customer. That experience was enough for him never to come back.
My daughter and I have been coming here since 2015. Professional and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them. If the Dr sees a problem, they always will do the very best to see the problem through or refer you to someone that can help.

The super friendly staff got me in on the 4th of July after I lost a contact at Lake Winnie. Very professional and easy to talk to and the doc is terrific. Highly recommended if you live in Chattanooga.
