My family and I will not give this company our business anymore. We have been loyal customers for the past few years. My husband called and tried to make an appointment today and was told to come in at 1:45. A few minutes later the manager called and said that the doctor said that if I did not want to have to wait very long to come in at 3:15 which was fine. When we arrived at 2:50 was told that there was going to be a 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait because 2 other people had came in before us and had been waiting for over an hour. I a... read more
Simple and easy. Just needed new nose pads and hadn't realized that the location was no longer Eyemasters. Alex was super helpful and told me there was no charge since I had bought the glasses there (even though it was a different business at the time). Do you want to make me buy my next pair there? This is how you get me to buy my next pair there. Customer service wins everyday.
