The staff is amazing! When I went in the doctor was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. After my exam not only did the sales person help me pick out frames but the other employees chimed in as well. I was not nervous about my choice of frames because they were completely honest about what looked good! Two thumbs up!!!

Simple and easy. Just needed new nose pads and hadn't realized that the location was no longer Eyemasters. Alex was super helpful and told me there was no charge since I had bought the glasses there (even though it was a different business at the time). Do you want to make me buy my next pair there? This is how you get me to buy my next pair there. Customer service wins everyday.
