I know it's not there fault due to the pandemic but it sure would be nice if they would at least mailed the glasses I already paid for so I could wear them. very aggravated.

Not sure exactly how the staff is trained but when you contact them the day before your appointment to verify benefits and it takes them nearly 30 minutes to figure it all out after you’re finished with your appointment, it’s a little irritating. More training at the front desk wouldn’t hurt and a little bit of a nicer demeanor to the patients goes a long way. The doctor was informative, the staff, not so much.
My daughter broke her glasses & we were in a pinch. Brandon H. was our associate & he offered us SUPERIOR service. He got my daughter an exam appt even though the schedule was full. I was going to go to another store to get the actual glasses, but he was so knowledgeable of the specials & the reason my daughter has been breaking her glasses for years (improper fit) that I was sold on getting her glasses here! It is absolutely ridiculous that a family of 4 cannot make appointments on the same day. I have an adult disabled child that lives at home and instead of all 4 of us making an appt we can only do up to 3! Which means taking more time off work than is necessary and burning more gas than necessary.
I suffered a stroke a few years back. The doctors were very knowledgable about what to look for and inciteful. The sales people helped me pick frames that looked great with my face and clothing style. It was a friendly experience. I look forward to my next visit!!!
