Had a great experience in getting my first pair with bifocals. Checked to make sure the frames I picked would work with my script.
This place is an absolute joke!!! First visit they done the preliminary exam and then the doctor went for lunch and they wanted me to wait an hour till the doctor came back, and on my second appointment they left me waiting long after my appointment time and gave me no idea of when I would be seen!!
I'm really please with the service at vision works. I've been to them several times now and I'm always pleased with the way they treat their customers.
They were extremely helpful and fast dispite the fact that they were super busy. The optometrist offered to refer me to a surgery on Sunday foundation for this cataract. Very good place. Got 2 pairs of really cute frames for very little money. I will go back to them every time.
