Very patient with me and my boys while all 3 of us picked out frames for our new glasses. They had all of our glasses ready in 1 hour. The staff was very kind and professional.
I just experienced the worst customer service for the second time at Visionworks in a Hamburg. I had an appointment to get my lenses replaced in my glasses. So, I arrived at my appointment 20 min early because I know they can be unorganized. Almost two hours later I was told their technician was scheduled to leave at 6, so they couldn’t do my glasses today. Mikka was a pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond for me. She was patient with me as I took my pressure test and even explained benefits of my vision insurance to me to make sure I got the best deal! Book your next eye exam with them!

The best optometrists I’ve ever been to, and I have been to a lot... I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts for 27 years and my children wear glasses as well. They have a great selection of glasses and are very helpful.
