RecommendedAbsolutely Love Visionworks. I haven't had new glasses in 7 years. I could barely see. Previously my lense was $750.00 with a $18.00 Walmart frame. Came to Visionworks & will NEVER go anywhere else. Such friendly helpful staff. Love my new glasses so much, I got a 2nd pair. Prices can't be beat. I can finally see!
Hello, I’m only posting this here because I cannot find a direct message option. I’ve been calling every day, multiple times a day, for 3 days now and each time the phone rings for upwards of 5-10 minutes before I give up as there is no voicemail option. I’m trying to call back about my insurance as I was told this was necessary before I can have my appointment. I’m not sure if i have to drive to the store to talk to anyone, but please tell me if that’s the case so I don’t waste any more of my time on the phone. Thank you.
Dr. Mo is wonderful - knowledgeable & patient, and the rest of the staff is helpful and nice to work with.

The Airport Rd Vision Works was WAAAY better than the Easton Store. I was helped right away & the associate was very helpful, not pushy with my choice of glasses! I walked out of there today lovin my new glasses! Thank you Vision Works!
The place was packed today, as expected. But I believe everyone was given solid, personal, not rushed service. Heidi was professional, courteous, detail oriented and handled my fitting and measuring issues with ease. She even went above and beyond remedying an issue from another store that should have been handled for me earlier. Heidi took matters into her own hands and corrected a warranty issue another store did not inform me of/mishandled. I highly recommend this store over others in the ABE area.
Doug and Tara were spectacular in helping my son get a new set of glasses, to replace his broken pair. Thank you for excellent customer service!!
Excellent customer service! They always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and keep you in style . P.S when you do something stupid and break your glasses, they are really great fixing them!
A truly beautiful man helped fix my father's glasses today under 5 minutes, he couldn't of been nicer. I wanted to hug him. So this is my hug. My father's doctors office wanted to ship his glasses out�. I highly recommend Vision Works. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the man that helped us today ��~Kristen & Junie
