The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time! First, let me just say Mohammad Mukhtarzada was great! He was very patient and answered every question I had. We discussed contact options for dry eyes. After his visit, he gave me samples of two one-a-day contacts (as they are better for dry eyes) to try and told me to call in in a FEW DAYS with which one of the two contact brands I liked best. Don’t even bother going here!!!This is the worst place to get an appointment!! They say when u call an associate will be right with you! That’s a crock!! I have called every day for 2 weeks, on hold each time for as long as I can last which is 40 minutes. They say you came make an appointment online, not true either. It won’t let me select any day within the next 3 months!! I am so frustrated!! I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere, it’s a shame, cause I loved their selection.

I visited this location on July 31st. Credit card machines were down. Person was going to call me back when they came back up. I'm still waiting. Tried to call several times.....on hold forever....never got through. Unfortunately this is the only place my insurance will accept so I'm stuck going here. AGAIN, I'm still waiting to get my new glasses. Absolutely horrendous service in my opinion.

The young man that helped us was nice but the company is horrible to work with. They canceled our order 3 weeks later saying the lab cannot make those glasses; that was bad enough but we are still waiting for them to reverse the insurance so we can go elsewhere. And every time you call, you are on hold for almost an hour. It is ridiculous. We have no intention of using them again.

Worst customer service ever. I showed up for my appointment and they told me it wasn’t for another 3 months even though they called to confirm and sent a text the day before. It took a month to get my order in and when I called they told me they send me a text 2 weeks before but never received it. When I did call and was hung up on three times and when I finally did get through I was on hold for 45 minutes. Nice doctor but that was about it. Will not be going back. I usually go here for my eye exams / glasses. I had an eye emergency. I have tried to call multiple times but nobody answers. I still need to make an appointment for an emergency eye exam to get glasses since mine broke & im not allowed to wear contacts until further notice.

My children I have been patients here at Visionworks for a number of years. I have always been extremely satisfied and impressed with the courtesy of the staff and the quality of care. I am not normally one for writing reviews but after our last experience I feel that it is only right for me to do so. My son has just turned 16 and was excited about getting his learner's permit. Have been trying to return a call that was made to us on Saturday, from my husband's appointment last Thursday. we were told to call by Monday. No one is answering the phone, live chat or at corporate. So, visionworks has our money AND my husband's glasses hostage right now. we cant go to the store cause they wont let you in without an appointment but no one answers the phone to make one. There really is no excuse for this. We need a call back by end of day today or we will contact our insurance company and the BBB to report... read more

What a fantastic store. I have to commend employee Tara for going above and beyond for my son. We are so appreciative. We are new to the area, and THIS is our Visionworks from now on. Thank you.
