WHAT customer service? I needed to take my 86-year-old mother to Stein Optical at Southridge to make an exchange. The store policy requires a manager to enter a code into the computer when exchanges are made. When the clerk requested that the manager key in the code, the manager glared at the, never said a word, and continued cleaning a pair of glasses. Will Not Return We used this company for the first time and won't be returning for any future eyeglasses. Neither my husband nor myself have glasses that correct our vision accurately, so we suspect our prescriptions were not filled correctly. A return visit produced no different results. We've been wearing glasses for many years, and this is the first time we've had this experience. On the plus side, they did work carefully with us to ensure that our VSP benefits were utilized to the maximum.
Long time, knowledgable staff & immediately acknowledged at entry! I went to 3 other retailers before going to visionworks in town! I walked out, I nearly got trampled upon by the one across from Gov. Sq. mall- nobody helped me and they had too many people there to know what was going on. Love it I loved this place. I had my glasses break and one of the reps was nice enough to help me find a nice looking replacement pair and then replaced them for me. He also then went out of his way to find out if they had a deal going on at the time to give me the best price. Awesome place!
Surprisingly bad experience Getting my first pair of glasses was turned into a nightmare having chosen to buy from Visionworks. Barbara who fitted me was great! Then came the workmanship issues. My glasses never seemed right, so i didn't wear them. One day on the way to the coast I thought I'd try them again, and held them up to the light to see if they were clean and they had horizontal lines in both lenses that were not scratches. not good Cheap, but customer service was terrible. I had to wait for a very long time just to purchase my glasses and then they fell apart 2 months later!!
debbie s I always buy my son's glasses from Vision World. It really nice that I am able to buy two pairs for the start of the new year for school for under 150.00. It makes him feel good and look nice.
Just okay Just an okay experience, not a lot of personal customer service they were very busy and felt a little rushed.
Would not recommend didn't have a great experience, rushed exam, no one to help me pick out glasses after I was done. Everyone was busy.
