Very helpful and good customer service
There are lots of good brand for the frames, lenses's quality was awesome. Staff who works there was nice and more than willing to help me with my questions. I would recommend people to go there.
Worse experience ever. Staff is not knowledgeable and there was a lot of `I`m not sure...I don`t know.... I will have to find out for you`. This included the manager. Beware the final costs and quality of lens. I had to give one star to post. Really, they don`t deserve that.
worst experience ever, what I paid and typed on the receipt is Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for Astigmatism 30 pack however what i got was 1 Day Acuvue Moist for Astigmatism 30 Pack. while the clerk keeps telling me it is the same. How the hell can two different types of lenses with different names be same . Somehow their computer system does show there is only one type of lens which is the cheaper one. Well, I guess it is just my bad luck.
I would not recommend buying glasses from these guys. Not very good quality high priced and can get way cheaper and flexible frames somewhere else for $61. When I asked for my 5 year old kids PD# they will not give me that # and said cause it’s vital information. Hahahahaha PD is the distance between the 2 pupils that is not vital information. Anyways I measured it at home and got optometrist to measure and was correct from my information. Very rude owners. These owner do not know what freedom of information is. Will never b... read more
