Not a good rental company. They do not repair the property they manage. Stay as far away as possible
They are great at collecting their fee, but hopefully you didn't chose them to manage your property. After overcharging me for several "sprinkler repairs", they finally visited the property after I had received HOA violation fines to find the lawn is dead from no watering. Don't believe them when they say they will visit your house.
Hope that you never have them as a property mngt. And if you want someone to manage your property your money would be better spent somewhere else. They are very money hungry and hope u don't need any repairs everytime we had a problem the repair became the least of the problem have been renting from them for 6 yrs & the only reason I've stayed was because my job was right across the street and we like the complex & the friends we have here but Visionary is a rip off!�
