Thank you Vision Viejo Hospice for all your loving care of our Dad, Jerry during his time of need. Your entire staff, Gemma, Diane, Susie and Michelle took such good care of him, and all of us. I don’t know what we would have done without you- each and every one of you.
We had the most wonderful experience with Gemma and her team. In a very difficult time they brought warmth, comfort, and helped us navigate the entire process. Gemma was always available 24/7! We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them.
Surprisingly, Vision Viejo was not recommended by the hospital staff. We found them online and did our own research to find them. They have been in business for many years and have a great reputation. The staff showed up on time, they even made added visits on personal time to check on our mother. Gemma was a leader and was able to accommodate our unexpected circumstances within 24 hours of notice from the hospital. Gemma and her staff of caring, wonderful caregivers are the very best at what they do! I cannot imagine what we would have done without her expertise and guidance. Gemma was truly a godsend to us in navigating care for our mom. Her recommendations were always spot on and very specific to our mom's situation. After my mom fell, had surgery and took a turn for the worse, Gemma still continued to stay involved, checking in with us and even visiting her in rehab to assess her.
