This is THE BEST hospice team in Orange County!!! I had to dismiss a previous hospice company due to their unprofesssionalism. However Vision Viejo Hospice went above and beyond any expectation I had! Gemma and Susie and Diana and Olena were kind, empathic, knowledgeable, and very professional! They helped us take care of my mom until her final breath. Such a special and vulnerable time and they were a HUGE support. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Vision Viejo Hospice. ❤️🙏✝️
We found Gemma and the team to be incredibly compassionate and willing to help any day or any time. Susie was especially gentle and professional in her ministries to my wife. Gemma was always quick to respond to our questions and needs - even on the 4th of July. Five stars all the way!
When it was time to put my mother-in-law on hospice care, we were blessed to find Vision Viejo with Gemma as the coordinator. Gemma was the only one that actually answered the phone personally and we had her full attention. She was very generous with her time and readily answered most of our questions.
