I have been going here a couple years now and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait long to be seen, but with how the doctor takes her time with each patient and doesn't rush appointments, I wouldn't mind a small wait.
This office needs to do a much better job respecting appointment times. My daughter had a 12:30 appointment, and we arrived early at 12:20. By 1:00, she still had not been seen, and we had to leave without being seen at all because she had to be at work by 1:30. This is the second or third time this has happened to us, and it is unacceptable. Appointments are scheduled for a reason, and patients’ time should be valued. They were very inconsiderate and playing favorites to returning customers. I will never do business with this optometrist ever again.
