The whole office is extremely helpful and kind. Pam the office manager was efficient and thorough in setting an appointment up for me with my hectic holiday schedule. And Dr. Crawford is incredible. Friendly, great conversationalist and truly past expectations of a usually dreaded experience for me. Will most likely be going here from now on.

The staff was over the top accommodating and very considerate towards my 81 year old mom who is hard of hearing. They took the time to make sure she could hear and never rushed her. The exam was super thorough. Best exam she has had. They were knowledgable and patient with her. I will be telling everyone how awesome this practice is.
Dr. Strain is thorough, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I have been seeing her for almost 20 years and have always been satisfied with my care. I have had both annual visits and same day ‘problem’ visits and I felt that my care was a priority and I’ve always been treated with respect by everyone in the office. My children see Dr. Crawford for their eye exams and they love her as well. She’s gentle and patient. I rarely have to wait to be seen and appointments are easy to make. I highly recommend Vision Source!
I recently had my first eye exam here with Dr. Crawford and the whole experience was great. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. My exam was thorough, yet efficient, and they had a great selection of different glasses frames to choose from. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the South Hills area!
