The nurses are great with my kids and super patient. Dr. Jeskie is wonderful and very informative with the kids and me. Love them and recommend for all ages!
My first time visiting, and I am glad I found Dr. Jeski! Everyone was so nice to myself and my husband! The lady who did my initial eye test made me feel like I was at home and I felt truly blessed to be in her presence, she was so kind and caring! Dr. Jeski has a wonderful bedside manner and takes his time to explain to you everything that is going on, and made me feel like he really cared about my vision. Worst customer service ever! Dr Tucker was great... so much so that I encouraged my spouse to go there too. After trying to have my contacts mailed to me for almost 1month,, they are still not here. I have talked to office staff and told “they are in the mail”! I asked to speak with office manager and was given her voicemail. Did she call me back to see what was wrong? Absolutely not! I have been trying since 8 this morning to get somebody on the phone. It's now almost noon. I've called several times to check on my sons glasses that was supposed to be in 2 week's ago and when I do get someone on I'm told I'll get a call back and never do. This is crappy service for anybody and especially someone's first time..
