My son and I have been using them for years. They were great until recently. I don't know if they cut back on staff or what's going on. We ordered replacement frames for my son. They told us two weeks. After three weeks we called asking where his frames were. Every time someone would just tell us it would be another week. Ashley Varghese is excellent! My 11 year old has been seeing her for a year now. Last year she found an abnormality in one of my daughters eyes and I'm so thankful that she did. It helped us find the source of her headaches.

My son broke his glasses, and he went to see Ashley. She was AWESOME! She explained everything that she was doing and answered all of his questions. She is definitely worth the trip to Garland if you need new glasses or contacts.
