I was a bit skeptical about going since they stuck me with a new doctor there and not dr Hernandez. However my experience was pleasant I just could not find eyeglasses in office because of the limited amount of styles. Thank you for great service though!
I made an appointment a month in advance. This office is so busy it's hard to get in. They left me a voicemail 12 days before my appointment. Because I did not call back to confirm 5 days before they cancelled my appointment. I made an appointment for a reason. Unless I cancelled the appointment the appointment should still be standing. Yesterday was the first time I took my granddaughter to Vision Source and its awesome. This staff is so professional and fun that I wish they was her dentist and personal pediatric Dr. They could teach and train other office employees how to be great

Dr. Hernandez and her staff are just wonderful people and they are my family. I want to thank you all for helping me celebrate my 70 birthday. It was just beautiful and I was so surprised.
