Dr. Reyna Hernandez is rude with very little customer service skills. She does not care about her patients or providing good quality service. Seems like once they have your insurance information, they find any reason to kick you out. She is disrespectful and possibly even a racist for the way she handled a situation. Yelling and screaming like a wild woman in her place of business, in front of a child no less, is not the type of place or person I would suggest to provide anyone services!

Vision Source in Garland is a great place to go when you need vision care. The doctor is very knowledgable and help my granddaughter with her vision care. I had taken my granddaughter to other doctors but she still couldn’t see with the prescription she was given. After taken her to Vision Source Garland the doctor found out that she needed bifocals at age 17. She can see so much better. Thank you Vision Source Garland for taken such good care of our vision needs.
Absolutely enjoyed my visit today. Great customer service by everyone. Being a diabetic, I was especially appreciative of all the extra precautions they were taking for Covid-19. Dr. Hernandez was very informative and made suggestions that made me feel at ease and confident about my aging eyes. Jade was spot on with her suggestions on glasses and even adjusted my old ones as they were hurting me. Very happy with the service given. Thanks everyone!!
