Sat in our room with the door closed for 35 minutes past our appointment time. It was hot and stuffy in there so I did get up and open the door. It’s hard keeping a baby entertained that long - not sure if the Dr. was aware he was so late but an apology or some type of recognition of the tardiness would have been appreciated.
RecommendedWe visited Vision Source for the first time yesterday and love Dr. Harper and team. Everyone was kind, patient and friendly. After some not so good experiences with local optometrists, I am beyond thrilled to have found Vision Source. Dr. Harper is excellent with children and helped us recognize our son needs glasses for reading. We are very appreciative for his expertise because our son has avoided reading and now we know why. Thank you!
This place is terrible. Unfortunately I have to go here through my employer for safety glasses. It took months to get my glasses, and once I got them, the lenses weren't correct which took a couple more months. What a waste of my time. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for all of your eye care needs. This isn't the first time I've had issues here and have heard from a lot of others the same.
Axyl has been squinting and standing close to TV and also bringing books right up to his face, so I made him an appointment and my assumptions were correct. He needs glasses. Thanks Jason Harper for beings so awesome with Axyl. You and your associates were amazing.
