I would highly recommend entrusting your eye health to the staff at Vision Source! I had such a wonderful overall experience during my yearly exam. The front office staff was polite and promptly checked me in, answering any insurance questions I had. The woman who roomed me was so sweet and made me feel comfortable with all tests/exams that were performed. Dr. Seutter was great at explaining the photo of my eyes and what they’re looking for. Five stars to this team! I lost my glasses, and found them about a week later in non-usable condition. They didn’t hesitate to help me out, and replace my glasses. Please check these guys out, top-notch service from start to finish. Thank you Vision Source!
Husband used this place and they are not good at all!!!! Waited a month to get contacts and then get here and they only have one eye ready the other is on back order!!!! What kind of mess is this! Trying to smooth things over with a free trial pair but the customer service is horrible!!! Don’t use them.
5 Stars Dr Powell and the entire staff will take the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand your eye care. They are great with all ages of the entire family and treat you like people, not patients
