Got my glasses today. The lady was extremely rude and today is Monday and the afternoon so she obviously had a bad day today. So unprofessional attitude. No professionalism here at this location. My first experience with Vision Source.
I was very happy to see how they have a wide selection of wide frame glasses and greater variety than the other branch I used to go to. Also a bigger variety of colors. Usually my choices is limited but they had many varieties I was interested in also the woman that assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable and truthful on what looked good on me and what did not which I appreciate. Glasses were more expensive than what I planned but in this instance it was worth it.
They are awesome!!! Very good with kids!!!

Dr. Bales is always welcoming and informative. Always a great experience!
Their fittings are terrible and I saw worse after using their recommended contacts. they never call to follow up when you're waiting for an order and then can't find the order when you get there.
