It was so disappointing for the staff to care so little about losing a loyal customer. About 12 weeks ago I purchased my glasses. About 4 weeks ago that pair broke. So I replaced them. Last night the new pair broke in basically the same spot as I was cleaning them. Not only did they charge me full price again, they didn't even apologize.
Bad experience every time I go.
I was very pleased with Vision Source. Everyone was very professional & accommodating. I was in & out in a timely manner.
Very disappointed with them. I was a patient with Dr. Shaw for six years and received good results. But when I moved to a different city and requested my prescription, they could find no record of it in my file. I made several attempts to get it, but was told that they had no record of the prescription I was wearing from them in my file. Someone is not doing their job here!
Very sweet staff, Dr Shaw was very nice and spent time explaining everything!
