This place is great. My daughter and I made an appointment here about a year ago. Everything went great and afterwards when we went to select some frames they were very helpful, informative, and patient while helping us look for frames. They had a huge selection of frames as well so it was very difficult to decide. My insurance currently changed and this place doesn't take my insurance now. I really wish they did because since then every place my kids and I have been to has been a huge disappointment.

I have always had great customer service and the doctor I saw was wonderful! She actually took the time to make sure my prescription was perfect!
Horrible...lady answering phones was so rude...no deals on exams..back to luck optical off camp bowie the drive is definitely worth it. Replace rude as lady! From manager to manager!!!
I had a horrible experience.. they have terrible customer service, they are rude and very slow … I had set an appointment for 10:00am and they wrote it on an appointment card ..I got to the office they told me they had me down for 11:30 am and they will have to squeeze me in. I showed them the card and they acted like oh well and they did not care...after 2 hrs I was finally done and they told me that they would have to order the contacts and it would take a week from the day they order them.
