I stopped by the West Des Moines office to ask Dr. Ward a question. She took the time to speak with me during a free time on her schedule. Not only did she speak with me, but she took me to an exam room to test out a few options. I wanted to get the best closeup vision I could with some multifocal contacts she prescribed. She is so very patient and service oriented. Dr. Ward should be commended for the care she provided to me. I would recommend her without reservation. Kerry Manus
