The folks at Vision are extremely professional, courteous and helpful. We take both of our vehicles here on a regular basis. The service dept is honest and clear about any concerns or problems we have. They are very quick to show and explain pricing of repairs and timeframe. . We have never had to take either vehicle back after their service on our vehicles, we are also most pleased to see the entire Vision team work together each day. Cody was great to work with and very outgoing. The sales manager FAILED, by not getting all of the info required upfront. After the vehicle being detailed and ins and plates transfered they couldn't make it work at the agreed upon payment, and wanted to increase it last minute. That is not how you do business. Once a deal is worked out, you stick to it. You take the loss for not doing your job properly. Vision will NOT get my business in the future, very poor sales and management. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership that negotiates on price in nearly 16 years. I went in knowing what I wanted. Drove it, agreed on a price, and was on my way. Painless and easy. There was no hard sell, unlike some of their East side competition. It seems like Vision knows what people don't like about dealerships and has gotten rid of it, leaving only a pleasant and quick experience. Nice work!
After being a stead fast Saab lover I had to come to grips with getting a different breed of car. I did my research and found that with Vision Nissan I could get all the perks with non of the head aches. Not to mention a great warranty and free oil changes. I have to say we made the right choice.
