Vision Nissan has very poor customer service practices. When Vision was questioned about the price of a service, they said I had an attitude! I *know* I was correct, and now have the paperwork to back up what I said. Going back today to talk to them. Have a feeling they'll find a way to skirt around it, tho...
The service and people here make want to come. I had a oil change and the gentleman that checked us in was great and wanted to ensure are questions were addressed and we were satisfied before we left.
Contacted Vision Nissan via email about a car for sale on their website. Charity contacted me back and confirmed my appointment to test drive that particular vehicle at 5pm. I left work early and drove from Rochester (45 minutes away) to get there by 5pm only to be told once I arrived that the car had been sold the day before! Predatory sales and lending practices. Took advantage of my 87 year old father and then claimed they did nothing wrong. Put him into a balloon loan without telling him that he would still owe money after make 60 payments. I understand they are in business to make money, but the salesman and the finance guy car are the worst kind of people. Do not trust them.
Currently, Nissan is going to lose our business. Have lied about our car all day and now it's too late to rent a car and they have no loaner available for a warranty covered repair. The warranty coverage they talked to us into and costs a small fortune. Bobby at Webster Nissan who sold us our Nissan, hasn't returned calls or emails. Very disappointed.
