Now refusing to service my vehicle due to rental issues! You have got to be kidding me! There words exactly pay the deductible for damages then we can service you vehicle. Now they can’t and deductible has been payed! They are SCUM anyways! I will be reporting them for sure!!! Need new management!!! Service department is terrible don’t leave your vehicle unattended they did an oil change and the kid was driving the car out of the shop as if he never drove a vehicle before! RecommendedI just recently bought my second car at vision Nissan canandaigua! I've delt with both Jeremy Lane and Richie Sheils on both occasions. I went in with a set amount I could spend per month and they both got to work and put me in the exact SUV I wanted. These guys are so helpful and care about the customer. I would suggest going to Nissan canandaigua and seeing Jeremy Lane if your in the market for a new or used vehicle!
You need to hire a new general sales manager because Rich is a ticking time bomb. He needs to take a class on how to treat customers!

Recommendednice place, clean. went for oil change and tire rotation ( first oil change for new Jeep) but their service department did not have the required socket to remove my lug nuts. i left with changed oil but not the recommended tire rotation. disappointed

They don't care about their customers if they buy a used car, only if you buy new. I've had the car 4 months with nothing but problems since month 2 and am told "It's not our problem, take it to a Chevy dealer". Customer service is TERRIBLE!! The person in service tried to belittle me because I am female, because i bought a used car and treated me as if I were a moron. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE!! Worst place I've EVER bought a vehicle!!
