I came in for my annual eye exam with Dr. Chang and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I was greeted by the front desk (Karla), who was very nice and patient with me as I filled out the required forms. Bri took my diagnostics on the machines shortly after, and I saw Dr. Chang almost immediately afterwards. Dr. Chang is so patient and kind throughout the whole process, explaining the rationale behind parts of the exam. Dr. Chang was great, she is enthusiastic, explains everything with passion, and made my visit very pleasurable with help of front desk.
