The lady at the front desk was so sweet and understood my situation with both my glasses' nose pieces not staying put. She perfectly fixed them and made sure they last forever. I'm definitely gonna come back as usual and thank you so much again! :)
I came in for my annual eye exam with Dr. Chang and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I was greeted by the front desk (Karla), who was very nice and patient with me as I filled out the required forms. Bri took my diagnostics on the machines shortly after, and I saw Dr. Chang almost immediately afterwards. Dr. Chang was great, she is enthusiastic, explains everything with passion, and made my visit very pleasurable with help of front desk.
