Love my red Coach frames! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable when helping me select my glasses.
I was in there just the other day and this woman named Carol stole a dozen brown eggs from me. I was sad. Very sad. But my new eyeglasses are just great! I missed my eggs though. I was planning to make a huge omelet. I ended up having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. But I sure could see it very clearly! I really like Jerry and Lois. But Carol stole my eggs. Had a terrific experience today! Was called in very quickly after checking in, and greeted politely by staff. Dr. Vicki Lauer was very thorough in describing tests and procedures. The rest of the staff I saw were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Vision Care Associates!!
We have been very pleased with Dr. Lantz and the staff at Vision Care Associates. They take the time to really work with our daughter and try to give her the best care possible. Our daughter isn't able to physically able to answer many questions, etc. But Dr. Lantz does a fantastic job of being patient with her and working with her to help her get the glasses that she needs to be able to see well.
