RecommendedEven with all of the difficulties seeing patients during this pandemic, I went to the office with eye pain, without calling first and without an appointment, and they got me in immediately. (I did call but was unable to get through, and went on in due to the pain.) The whole staff are kind and caring and helpful. Highly recommend!

today makes the 4th time this summer that i’ve gone in for my appointment just to have an assistant hand me trial contacts and send me on my way and say I don’t need to see a doctor, even after specifically asking to see one and having not a single person seem interested in my eye problems. another family member started doing to a different place bc of vision cares seriously awful service and now I understand why😐

My experience has been horrible. Going on one month now and I still do NOT have my glasses. The initial appointment with the doctor was amazing but from there on out...forget about it. Inept workers who treated myself as an uneducated idiot with my experience on my own of having glasses for years. No apology until today when received ANOTHER call my glasses are being delayed. Unacceptable and unprofessional!!
Ordered glasses January 30, received a text that they were in on February 8, went to pick them up and the guy could not find them. He finally came out and said he couldn’t find them and that they were damaged when they came in and had to be sent back. I was bummed but said ok and left. Then I called to see if they were in on February 15 and was told the same story. I asked if they came in a second time damaged. Hi Mr Thomas. We offered you a refund once you called your insurance to voice your complaint so that they would reinstate your benefits and we could properly refund you that way. Unfortunately Davis Vision does not allow us to voice that complaint for you. Please feel free to call us so we may go over this in detail as we have stated we have no problem refunding you once Davis releases your authorization to go elsewhere.
