RecommendedFrom the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness and respect. The service was outstanding. I told the doc exactly what I was wanting and she made it happen. One staff member helped me with some things after seeing the doc and offered to help as long as I needed. Overall, a great place. Will definitely go back!
Very uncaring staff. My prescription was expired by a couple months when boyfriend passed, tried to BUY a box OR trial pair until I could be seen, they refused. I will never go to them again.

I do want to say that contact lenses are a medical device and must be properly fit, measured and maintained so that you obtain the best possible vision and comfort.

Awesome facility and staff. Would not take my family anywhere else
The staff was incredibly rude. My son, 4, also had his first appointment before starting school and the staff was extremely rude and even told me they don't like dealing with children. The Dr was great, that's the only reason we even came to Vision Care Associates was bc Eyes on Grand Central closed. My entire family had the same bad experience. Glasses and frames were outrageous and I even have pretty good vision insurance. They also have something called a "lens fitting" that is not cover by insurance and can be up to $90.... read more

Sasha, sorry for the delay on answering this complaint, I was trying to find out what happened. First of all, I am sorry that you had a bad experience. As you can see from the reviews here and on Google, our 4 and 5 star rate is over 95%. If I ever heard a staff member say that they do not like dealing with children that staff member would be fired. Second, we have frames and lenses in all prices, in fact you can get a complete frame and lens package for $59 through the end of September and $79 after that. Insurance will pay... read more
