I was able to use my State Employee vision insurance here(Humana) so this obviously made the cut. I'd of course check and confirm before scheduling. I made an appointment 2 days beforehand. They jotted down almost all my info, but I did end up having to rewrite it all down on a paper anyways. Arriving for my appointment, I was quickly given an eye tests.
