Always smiling! – I came in today in the after there was a girl @ the front desk by herself. She was very patient with everyone check the clients in/out and answer the phones with a smile. I look to see what was her name and it said kiki. She had a smile at all times. I ask her a question and she answer me with a smile even though she was not feeling well. Grant Rocks! – Wow! is the best word to describe my experience, It was great. This is my first experience getting an actually hair cut and style, I have been going to barber shops as long as i can remember, When i went the receptionist was friendly and was even trying to help me find the hair style i wanted online. NW VC A small salon, but still on the map! – Even though the mall could use a fixer upper, the NW VC keeps the end of the mall alive. A friendly smile always greets you as you walk in, the assistants are hard at work and focused on their on the job training. The stylists look great as always and are always willing to help you out, with a great style,and product know how. Too overpriced for me! – I got hightlights (and toner) there last week with Argelia, and my total for that came to $115. Then she charged me $10 extra for using bleach. This was rather expensive for me. I called several other "ritzy" salons (who had very good reviews) and most prices started at $75. I have gotten my hair colored by Irene before, and she is MUCH more reasonable and I loved the outcome. My advice would be to make an appointment with her- you won't be disappointed!
Best cut in town – I have been getting my hair cut at this location for 20 years. The staff is friendly and are ready to help. Blanca, Ronnie and Tina are by far the best in thier field.

best hairstylist – I was recommended by Naomi Carrizales a friend of mine. I always loved her highlights . I been getting highlights for over 10 years but it is very hard to find a good hairstylist and a chemical expert to highlight my hair. I have been going to the galleria but had a bad experience with Shameka she burned my hair I called and complained and she was off the next day so they gave me another stylist which I was still not satisfied. GREAT JOB!!!! – Great job! The receptionists have always been professional and helpful. Blanca has been my hairstylist for over 10 years. I have now moved to Montgomery, Texas and I drive in over 40 miles just for Blanca to cut my hair cause she is that great of a stylist. She has helped my mom with her thinning hair issues and her advise has really paid off. Not only do I use Blanca as a hairstylist so does my mom and daughter. lesbian lookin receptionist – it was horrible!!!!! first i get a rude call from some girl named claudia saying my stylist was running late then i come in and the same receptionist greets me with a bad attitude she is very rude I dont think girls like her need to be working there. the rest of the receptionist were pretty nice but it was just her. she needs to be working at a fastfood place because she is giving visible changes a bad name. my hair cut was good but that girl was rude!!!
