Excellent Everything - Grant – OK, Visible Changes is a chain, but I have been searching for a decent haircut for awhile now since losing my long term girl a year ago. I had the notion that VS schools thier stylists pretty well and this location is about a mile from home so I made an appt assuming it would at least be decent. IRENE IS THE BEST FROM VISIBLE CHANGES N.W MALL – OH MY GOD!! I FEEL GREAT I WENT TO GO GET COLOR AND HIGHLIGHTS TO VISIBLE CHANGES AT N.W MALL AND *IRENE* DID A EXCELLENT WORK!! Ronnie A – I came in for a hair cut , and i recieved a quick hair maintenance lession . she could see my hair was damage from color services , she explained to me in detail several home treatments that i could do myself , moisterizing, rebuilding etc, .... I was really impressed ,why cause i came in for a cut and she went above and beyond... thank you Ronnie

run down mall with great hair salon – zita is sooooo friendly and genuine. I say genuine because she did not seem like she was only being friendly to sell me hair products. In fact, she didn't try to sell me anything, which I greatly appreciate because I cannot put 200 down on a flat iron or 40 down on some products after spending 60 plus 15 dollar tip on a haircut. I have my haircut and styled by Grant Yip Choy. He is amazing! So much so my daughter and son now go to him as well. He is very detailed and pays close attention to what he does. He does excellent work! I highly recommend him.

Henry is great! – I got my hair cut by Henry today (9-5-09) and just love it! He used a razor and that gave me so much body. He was very professional and listened to what I wanted in my hair cut and exceeded my expectations because i thought i was in for a painful transition cut so that we could start getting it into shape after a bad cut from somewhere else. I was very pleased and will be going back for Henry to cut my hair.

VC @ NWMALL – MY MOTHER-IN-LAW HAS BEEN GOING TO IRENE FOR HER HAIR COLOR FOR YEARS. SHE FINALLY CONVIENCED ME TO GIVE HER A TRY. I DID ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND I'VE BEEN HOOKED EVER SINCE. MY HUSBAND LOVES THE WORK SHE DOES AND ENCOURAGES ME TO GO.. I KNOW I CAN TRUST THE WORK SHE DOES..

RONNIE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!! – I have a friend who always looks so put together and her hair is always the cutest! She always has new and fresh hairdo's! She can afford to get her hair cut anywhere so when I asked her where she got it cut I was pleasantly surprised that she said "Visible Changes" at Northwest Mall. She told me about Ronnie and I have been going there ever since! Now my son gets his haircut there! We are SOLD, we will never go anywhere else! Thank you, Thank you
