I come to Ben for all of my computing/ phone needs, whether it's a screen replacement, hard drive issue, or any other unpredictable occurrence that may happen. I trust no one else with my laptop or phone and the prices are always far better than any competitors estimate. Pricing aside, the service is even greater, as a bit of perfectionist I am always extremely impressed with how the job comes out. I recommend him to everyone I know! 5 out 5 starts! What began as a simple graphics card upgrade for my less-than-stellar desktop computer became a trip to hell and back for all involved. Luckily, Ben was driving the bus and expertly navigated us through the chaos and to a fully functional gaming PC like a pro. I took a broken PC to Ben at Visceral about a month or two ago. He knew what was wrong before he even saw the computer. Premium! He cleaned up the PC and did the work (swapping a motherboard) in no time. He left a detailed account of everything he did, and was extremely reliable in all aspects. Can't beat the price he charged, either. Good luck getting this kind of quality electronics repair done any where else for this cheap! I will only go to him for repairs. Outstanding work by Ben. Had some major issues with my laptop. After Ben worked on it no more issues. Already had other family members take their computers to Ben with outstanding results also. A reputable computer repair business without a doubt!!!!
