I had to get some upgrades installed on my Macbook. I called all around the area, the people that answered told me it was gonna takes a few weeks to put in a new drive and upgrade the RAM. Ben had shot me a message and told me he could have it done in a day or so. And an added bonus he upgraded the operating system for me too. I definitely would recommend Ben to get what you need done. Thanks man

Ben of Visceral Computers saved our families digital history. Our hard drive became corrupted with nearly 20 years of photos and other files on it. Ben was diligent and found a way to recover nearly 30,000 files. We are ecstatic! An important part of our family would have been lost with-out him.

Ben is very thorough and diligent to get the job done right and on budget. If plan A doesn't work as expected he figured out a plan B that did work. We trust him with our network.
Ben knows what he's doing and his prices are very reasonable. He didn't talk tech with me and explain everything in a manner i understood. He ordered the parts without a deposit or having my machine in hand. He made the repairs and noticed a few other things out of date. Called me explaining what he found. The extra updates didn't cost me much more. Ben is very trustworthy tech. I'd highly recommend Ben to everyone i know, that has a PC or Network issue.
