Alejandra, did an amazing job on blowout with trim. The wash process was gentle and relaxing. She offered a deep conditioner. I wasn't under the dryer for to long and there was not over crowded.

My daughter went in for a basic wash and blowout. After her hair was washed, she immediately noticed a change in her hair texture and curl pattern. She sent me a picture, and I could see that her curls were looser and relaxed compared to what her curls normally look after a wash. My daughter asked the stylist if she put a relaxer in her hair, and she said no, conditioner. My daughter continued to have her hair blown out.
